English: Flag of Spain (1977-1981)
Español: Bandera de España (1977-1981) elaborada conforme a la siguiente descripción: La bandera nacional con el escudo de España es rectangular, con tres listas normales a la vaina, y escudo en ambas caras. La lista central, de color amarillo gualda, es de doble anchura que cada una de las otras dos, de color rojo. La relación entre la longitud y anchura es de tres medios de ésta. La colocación del escudo es centrado sobre la franja gualda, a una distancia de la vaina de media anchura de la bandera y de un tamaño de dos tercios de éste. La regla número 1 de este título muestra detalladamente la forma y colorido del escudo. El mosquetón se sujetará antes de la terminación de la vaina, de tal forma que coincida la parte superior de éste con la superior de la bandera, la cual estará reforzada en esta esquina para evitar que se doble.
